Another year comes another round of DLC fighters and patches for some of our favorite fighting games. The fused fighter is only one of many fan-requested characters to make her way to one of the biggest fighting games of the last few years, and Bandai has promised more to come. So, with a few more characters coming in the following months, we decided to pick ten characters we want to see in the upcoming DLC. Be they fusions, humans, aliens, or what have you; they'll be eligible. Kicking off this list is the first major villain of Dragon Ball GT.
The big difference between Baby Vegeta and regular Vegeta would be their finishing moves. Baby can launch a sizeable black energy ball that's capable of destroying the earth. Look, we already have like four versions of Goku, so why not give Android 17 a few different variations of him. Super Android 17 wasn't the most original villain for the series, but he did have a unique arsenal of attacks at his disposal.
His Flash Bomber allowed for powerful rapid-fire attacks, while his machine gun arm helped keep his opponents at bay. Once he was ready to finish his opponent off, he would use his Electro Eclips Bomb to make sure they stayed down. Moves like these would help him stand out against other versions of different characters.
Another Android on the list, Android 13, was one of the more deadlier robotic opponents that Goku had gone up against. This Red-Neck menace was able to launch a full-on assault on the Super Saiyan, along with his two henchmen, 14 and We think that the two should appear as supporting characters, similar to how the Ginyu Force act when playing as Captain Ginyu.
It would make for a much more demanding fighter than what we're used to. But, the real reason 13 should be included in this game is so that he can use his powerful punch to hit people in the Dick. The world needs more fighters that can do that, other than Johnny Cage. Omega Shenron has been in just about every game since Budokai 3. The final villain of GT was able to summon several different abilities, thanks to the power of his brethren.
He could summon lightning onto his opponents, fire a powerful wind blast and even summon the powers of fire and ice. Since the Budokai series took place on a 2-D plain, it would be easy to implement his fighting style into FighterZ. His finishing move could have him using his Negative Karma Ball to destroy the planet, just like he tried to do in GT. Pikkon has been a fan-favorite for years but hasn't had that many appearances outside of the Other World Tournament arc in the original DBZ series.
Pikkon is an undead fighter who is the strongest in the southern sector of the 7th universe. What makes Pikkon an entertaining player was the number of elemental abilities he had on display. He could engulf himself in a fiery blaze to strike his opponents while his hyper tornado attack was used as both a rush technique and a way to strike his enemies from afar. Just because Kefla is a playable fighter doesn't mean one of her other half's can't join in on the fun.
Caulifla left her mark on the series with her snarky personality and for being the first female Super Saiyan. Her Burst of Energy and Crush Cannon have enough punch to keep up with any of the boy's attacks.
For her final attack, she can team up with Kale much like how 18 teams up with 17 and unleash a massive energy blast to blow away their opponents. As mention before, FighterZ already has a plethora of different versions of characters like Goku and Vegeta, so why not add a few more to play as.
Much like his Z self, Super Future Trunks fights with a mixture of punches and sword slashes. He could even transform into his Super Saiyan Rage-mode similarly to Frieza's Golden form as a limited power boost. It's a much better final attack than the Heat Dome Attack. He's gone up against the likes of Tien Shinhan, King Piccolo, and many different fighters from across the Multiverse in the Tournament of Power.
Sure, he's a dirty old man, but he's one with years of martial arts experiences. He could even be allowed to use his Evil Containment Wave to trap enemies and strike them as a rush attack. Dyspo gave the Z-Fighters a lot of trouble in the Tournament of Power, making him a perfect choice as a potential fighter. Dyspo would be distinct from other playable characters with his distinct lack of energy moves. Sure, he can throw an energy attack like his Circle flash and his Cannon Maximum, but he can also throw a barrage of punches faster than even Goku and Vegeta could.
He could even transform into his Lightspeed mode and launch his Light Bullet to finish his opponents off. Top would be the perfect foil to someone like Captain Ginyu. Top loves to show his love for Justice and Fighting by posing better than Ginyu and Great Saiyaman and can back it up with several different attacks. To hit his opponents from a great distance, he could use his famous Justice Flash to strike them. When all else fails, he can transform into his God of Destruction mode and unleash the power of Hakai to eliminate his foes.
